After seven months of intensive treatment at SeaWorld in Orlando, the dolphin made great progress and was ready to return to the wild. But his hearing was impaired and he couldn’t hear well enough to find food in the wild. This prompted the Clearwater Marine Aquarium (CMA) to step in and provide care for Apollo.
